JORDON MANSWELL SPEAKS THROUGH MUSIC

Language exists in many forms. It manifests itself through words, facial expressions and music. Jordon Manswell’s latest EP speaks to us through music. Words Don’t Always Paint The Picture is an EP that commemorates his four-year University experience.

The EP, in many ways, is about sticking to your path. “Dedication Skit” involves a conversation that many creatives have before committing or dismissing their creative aspirations. “Study Break” is a stellar song that confirms Manswell’s commitment to his craft. The track is layered with complex arrangements that remind us why he won Battle of Beatmakers nearly three years ago.

Words Don’t Always Paint The Picture is just a slice of what Manswell has to offer. Since graduating, he’s made noteworthy contributions to the Canadian music industry such as co-producing Daniel Caesar’s Freudian. His talent is undeniable and we look forward to seeing where it takes him next.
